Situation Analyze
During the past 40 years Afghanistan became a battlefield country, all basic political, social, economic and cultural structures destroyed and human rights especially women and children’s rights became disabled.
By the way, after 2001 and the Bonn conference, where new democratic Afghanistan with its new constitution born, Afghanistan Independent Human Rights commission established and much more agencies had started their working for promotion, development and mending of Afghanistan; step by step Afghan citizens who are living in cities had started a new experience. But all of these actions are limited to large cities and center of provinces. We and our team in WEPDO decided to spread opportunities and increase life experience nor for people who are living at cities but even in villages
